Service Manager

Job Summary
The Service Manager is responsible for leading Route Service Representatives, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient route operations, and compliance with company standards. This exempt management position reports to the General Manager and typically works full-time, Monday through Friday, with additional hours as needed. The role requires strong leadership, physical stamina, and the ability to work in varying weather conditions while performing duties that include driving, lifting up to 100 pounds, moving heavy equipment, and supporting field operations.

Route Service Representative

This full-time, Monday–Friday position (8–12-hour shifts) is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, servicing established routes, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services.

Candidate qualifications are: must be 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, communicate effectively in English, and demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and excellent interpersonal skills. The role requires frequent physical activity, including lifting, bending, reaching, climbing stairs, and working in various weather conditions. Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment physical and urine drug screen. Light Industrial Worker

Position Summary
The Light Industrial Worker is responsible for processing commercial laundry, personal clothing, and linens through the washing, drying, folding, and preparation stages. This full-time position works 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week, with variable daytime hours.

Responsibilities include operating laundry and folding equipment, hand-folding garments, ironing, learning the electronic processing system, preparing daily routes, and maintaining clean, sanitized workstations. The ideal candidate is a dependable team player with basic Microsoft Office and telephone skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and a non-DOT physical.
